On October 2011 Ron and Linn opened the store "Naturally" with the goal to provide people with 'celiac' and others who have gluten-sensitivity, with a range of high-quality gluten-free baked goods.
The idea came about when Linn's young niece who has celiac, started to frequently visit from the U.S. and couldn't find any decent gluten-free baked goods on the market.
So, Ron who is a qualified pastry chef, got to work and started to experiment with alternative gluten-free flours and ingredients to produce bread, cookies and cakes...Sara seemed happier at each visit!!
At "Naturally" we use the finest ingredients to create gluten-free baked goods no different than those of the finest, high-calibre gluten based products.
We make quality choices and produce in small batches.
Our bread is crisp on the outside and moist on the inside and comes in different variety.
Our Italian 'biscottis' are made in the old traditional way,twice baked which keeps them crisp and fresh for few months.
Our chocolate chip cookies are made from fine Belgian chocolate and is a favorite even among those who don't need a gluten-free diet.
